How to Leave a Review

  1. Click the link under the study you want to review

  2. Scroll down to the Customer Reviews section.

  3. Click “Write a customer review.”

  4. Choose a star rating from 1–5 stars.

  5. Write a few sentences about your experience with the study. 

  6. Add a title for your review if Amazon asks for one.

  7. Click “Submit.”
